Anyway congrats man, I didn't know AT2 had higher pay increment, some ex seeders told me AT and OT both same lol. I'm OT2 and mine's 6050, yours AT2 and 6160, we're both 5700 ( round down ) right, so that means AT2 is roughly 2% more pay increment than OT2... Interesting.
How hard was it to get AT2? I heard you need multiple TL recognition, not just your manager. Respect dude, I worked hard but can't even get OT1 lol.
Btw the guy who said he got OT1, what was your pay increment? I'm wondering if there's any diff between OT2 and OT1.

Yup exactly, total base divided by 12 for 6160. I also heard it would be the same so I was curious to see if anyone was discussing it here.
Thanks dude, I did OT a bit but in general it was still pretty good W/L balance. I was involved in quite a few projects directly with SVPs/EDs so that was probably the TL recognition.
