Hi, just want to ask for some opinions, if you are being offered a job to start in December, would you ask for a delay in start date just to get the bonus?
Felt like I did not think through so much in the job application start date (which for civil servant is preferably after our performance bonus like April or July) as I expected to fail. So, just asking out of experience, would it affect future applications if one were to withdraw from a job offer (have not accepted). |

For fresh hire, your appraisal will have to be at least for a 12 month period. Otherwise nothing foe bosses to base the appraisal on. This is something you can definitely check with the HR officer coordinating your interview. Do not give up a job offer so readily for something that can be easily verified with HR.

wtf kind of **** is happening here.
You are ranked amongst your grade at each level. Usually it is within your own division/sub division depending on how big. After a certain rank, some places around maybe mid-manager levels then it can go from your group or even cross-group for ranking. So if your big bosses really don't like people from a certain group, they will suck thumb the rest of their life. Same for if they don't like a certain department/division. Then the entire bunch will just get C. |
same as pte sector your boss don't like you lousy appraisal, no promotion, delegated saikang, pip, etc
