If you don’t already know. Doing your job well is only a C. Doing high volume of your job well is only C+, or doing your job very very well is also C+

To get B you need to do more than your job. Go volunteer for CCAs. Taiji low value work away

Last time i consecutively 3 years B also no have promote. I think (think only) mayne need to near cap, depends CEP, how good your boss speak up for you and whether got opening or not. Don't feel bad. Try to read extensively and widely. Gain more knowledge and views, open your mind, try to volunteer more stuff that let you have better a better exposure, talk to people more, network more.

Strange. By right same substantial grade with same PB grade should get the same quantum . How come such a big difference but the PB grade stated is "C." Possible for HR to lump a C and C- as "C"?
