MX 12 C = base 1.0 - 1.5

Does this mean for it's not the same across the board for all C graders? I (naively) thought that all C's will get a standard 1.5 months...

thanks for enlightening :)

Depend on individual agencies, as they are packaged differently. Usually for ministries, MX C is typically 1.5 month as base.

Bad year for banking professionals despite record earnings

Many local banks freeze or reduce increment and bonuses despite some of them earning very strong/record revenue unscathed by the financial crisis. I had 0 increment and bonuses. :(

A few of my peers got retrenched in foreign banks and people in Finance and accounting and backoffice are getting paid lesser and lesser. I'm sure a lot of my peers won't mind switching to other industries.

Gotta wait for the next election year for bigger bonuses. Meanwhile, be realistic.

Hi, can I ask, if I want to make sure I get my December NPAA + VC, when is the earliest I can tender my resignation? 1 Dec? 31 Dec? 1 Jan?

Same question if I want to wait for March PB, when is the earliest I can tender?

only tender after the $$$ have been deposited into your bank account!!! ie 10th of dec (pay day of civil servant), this is the safest

first day of the following month. if not they can still deduct from you salary during notice period.

So that means 1st Jan for the Dec NPAA and VC?
