The economy just dodged a recession. Q2 was 0% growth. The outlook is gloom. The 0.1% avc has been hinted many times but seems like no one wants to believe as most thinks that GE coming will definitely give more. But 0.1 is v likely due to international developments now. The additional lump sum is to support lower wage workers just like what the government has done every year when the avc is not high. Yes it’s not GST voucher but it has been the way of doing all these years. The higher the pay scale the token is the least because MX9 0.1% could prob be four figures and div3 0.1 is just 3 figures.

everyone should accept the fact and stop guessing 1.05/0.65 etc to spread false hope when these figures will only be given when the economy is growing well at above 3% and the outlook is positive.
