Since the announcement is delayed so much this year, I’m guessing the avc will be a good one, probably thrown in together with CS pay revision all at once. Imo, delay so much should mean Good things are worth waiting.

Don’t understand why some people refused to believe it’s 0.1, when it seems quite clear situation is heading that way (holding back announcement)
Please be mentally prepared that all those 0.5, 0.6, 0.65, 0.75 etc will not be happening at all. Count yourself lucky to even have the 13th month.

These are the 'pets', they are almost guarantee getting that amount every year. There are some got condemn with no promotion and zero PB. Their only hope is the misery 0.1 month even if it is just a $300. I have a feeling it will not be announced, just do some calculation from the pay. Those who got salary early can let us know how many month.
