That's was before they decide to have many joint venture company with other companies. In fact,if you join a joint venture companies, you get more benefits than the mention companies. Bro,most of the aerospace graduates only think about ST and SIA especially NTU graduates getting 2.5k for 4 years in the LAE program before getting their allowance when they pass out and get their stamp.

With 7 to 10 years experience, annual packages of above 200K pa for aerospace Engineers are not surprising for deans listers and top graduates. Need good performance of course.

Not really. You have to explore the aerospace industry yourself. I can say its competitive whereby on one end, you end becoming a technician even with a degree when a certain job post become too competitive. But one thing I say is that in aerospace industry , as long as you work in the operations, you can get a decent amount of money regardless a technicians or engineers.
