Wow. This is quite generous for healthcare. I think in other ministries, some people are only getting 1.25 - 1.75 for C, 1.75 - 2.25 for C+, 2.25 - 2.75 for B and 2.75 - 3.25 for A grades.

just got offered today for exec role, JG 11 at 3.7k basic. FCH, ns. No bonus since contract is less than a year.

is 3.7k ok? :(

Oops sorry forgot to add that was in 2015, JG 13 pay range was 3300 to 5500 back then.

I'm a little confused. JG 11 and JG 13 hardly any difference in the base salary??? 3.7k for both? That's really weird
