Yes end of the day is dependent on your boss. But my point is that some hospitals will be faster than others due to to this difference.

your direct RO and HOD must put you up loh.

think any institution apart from NUHS dont practice the off cycle promotion.

hello all just got an offer to an nuhs institution for an executive position.

seeing what is written here, can anybody give me guidance on promotion and compensation.

it seems like i missed the july cycle and will need to wait minimally 3 years to be considered for promotion.

is it worthwhile joining? i'm also interviewing with other stat boards currently
