Most people will get B, I got A a couple of times before, A* is very very hard to get.

Thanks thanks! Just thought that I'll share my journey at one of the cluster. Currently feel v unmotivated at work. Mainly due to my manager has left the organization (currently my RO is a D), bosses kept assigning me to do "CCA" that has no value add, felt unappreciated, more and more enhancements & policy and the reward for good job is more work...

I have had A grade (Very Good) for 4 years straight since I entered the company. But my PB has always been 1 month which differs from some people who mentioned will get 1.2~1.3.

Apr 2019 - Joined as Executive JG11 $3,300
July 2020 - $34XX (3%+~$40)
July 2021 - $37XX (8.5% increase)
July 2022 - Promoted to Executive (II) JG12 $41XX (10% increase)

Not sure how HR calculate the increment though...
I was just notified the new salary then use incremental amount/old salary *100%
Unless my calculation is wrong?

It’s just you and your boss hahas. My C-suite, D, DD, AD etc all don’t play rank at all unless they need to get things moving fast.

My suggestion is after slogging a few years in a PHI, jump at any opportunity that comes close with opening up a new hospital. The pioneer batches usually have larger quota of A* performance ratings and get much faster promotions than joining an firmly established hospital.

Same as every year? At least that's the case for singhealth.
