The recruitment process is generally fast if they are keen with you. HR told me that they will contact me within 2 weeks and it was offered to me soon.

So if any of you are still waiting for update for over 3 weeks, it is less likely you will get an offer, unless they are waiting for someone to accept or reject the offer.

All the best to those who are still waiting for an reply from CAG! :)

Is this the first or second interview? And which position/department you applied for?

Interview for Changi Airport Group under Terminal 5 development

Hi everyone....

I was approached by the assist HR manager on LinkedIn last week and she asked if I was interested to explore a career opportunity with CAG.

She told me the brief scope of the work as it involves the development of terminal 5 and asked for my CV. It is for an assistant manager/manager position.

After I sent her my CV, her hiring manager from the People Team called me to arranged for an interview next week.

Was told that I will be taking a 45 min essay test and a 1 hour MCQ logic test before the face to face interview.

I was also given a web link to fill up the work preferences questionaire that consist of 18 questions. For 17 of the questions, each of them comes with 8 sentences that is used to describe whether I can work well with others, make decisions if needed and etc. I must rank the 8 sentences from strongest to weakest that describes me.

Anyone have the same experience?

Could you share what is the essay question you took?

I also undertook the personality test, essay and logic test.

I applied for the job. Sounds good to have someone approached you instead.

I'm not sure if that is the same for all clusters.

What was the essay question you took? I was told by my friend who works in CAG that she was given 3 questions and choose one to reply.

Senior Airport Emergency Officer

Does anyone here know about the salary of senior airport emergency officer? What is their day to day worklife like and shift work hours? How is the work environment? Pretty loud because of all the planes taking off and landing?
