There was an adjustment on 2022 as well. ST usually follow govt recommendation on this

2022 no adjustment. 2023 there was one early in the year. Heard is because of the GST and bla bla bla

M2 - Principal Engineer
M3 - Manager
M4 - Senior Manager

The grading for the upper echelons are unclear. There can be VP, SVP, President. Somewhere in another place will have a director or GM.

Interesting...must be shiok to be part of ST then? Didn't hear of anything similar happening for the rest of the public service

recently very competitive with benefits

recently adjust basic, less contract more perm

then well adjust again for GST

btw, still got AWS and bonus for performance?

or does that apply to old birds only?

in any case, much much better than other SI
