From my experience, I work for a US MNC company and they offer software engineers for fresh grad 3.5k - 3.8k but of course a good reputation company.

NCS offer software engineer 4.8k. you can see the difference is 1k.

But of course, the US MNC fresh grad works for 1 year and has experience.
They are able to get headhunted by other companies which increase by 40% which I know quite a lot. I am not sure about those NCS fresh grads after working for 1 year.

You're just unlucky, I got into a good project with good manager and teammate that knows everything.

Not sure about nucleus but I know there is a one click button... You just put in the date,. Including the notice period and I think the system will automate it, ie. Inform the relevant people I think

Based on recent chatter I overheard from NCS colleagues, I am expecting a mass resignation wave from NCS Cyber after a weak bonus outlook. I expect the more senior perm staff (>3 years) to have the highest turnover next month due to pay mix stagnancy in lieu of market conditions.

Base salary just isn’t competitive enough against the prevailing market rate for the amount of work that needs to be done. The worst part is knowing that top management does not have any visibility on the workload but yet still can influence the bonus payout at their discretion.

I heard of mass hiring and resignation for nucleus but never layoffs. NCS is a SI, they always need people.

tbh, i got offer from other mnc as well (good salary), but the position is not much related to my field. Thn I was recommended to join ncs and i heard that ncs is a good place for freshie
