Have a good chat with ur manager, why u wanna change? and see he willing to let u go or nt, must be humble, cos ur new project will ask ur current manger, then will reflect on ur performance

Agree on the people lead part.. my people lead flew me airplane more than 5 times liao. Every time I set call with him he will don’t accept or last minute cancel it. Really useless.
My HR fulfillment so far quite responsive. I guess I will need to take to my manager when the time is nearer. If they don’t let me go I may throw letter after EOY take bonus. My role now is too niche and not much future, I want to jump to smth more function/ business related
