No. There was a break in Svc.
Year end bonus and aws is likely to be pro-rated.

Left service and rejoin another agency
Hi, i left the agency in Sept and rejoined another new agency in Nov. Can I check will i be eligible for Year end/AWS for my servcie in Jan - Sept?
Note: Jan - Sep I was in a permanent establiment positon

PB is a big pie allocated to each agency.
Then depends on how the agency slice the pie if revenue was good and got a big pie.
Can be quantum increase for all, Bs and above get rewarded more, more Bs than usual
But we don't even know if this year PB pie is bigger, and definitely won't know how your agency wants to slice it

Annual increment is based on merit, hence it is often referred to as merit increment instead.
Merit increment is generally perceived to be less transparent for the computation. It takes into account your performance grade, where you are in the salary range relative to peers, and the economy. If two persons everything same, except their current salary, the one with the lower salary may receive a higher merit increment in % terms.
