For the whole of 2023, the Singapore economy grew by 1.1 per cent, and we got 0.9 mth.
For 2024, GDP growth forecast for 2024 has been narrowed to “2.0 to 3.0 per cent”.
My guess is we will have at least 1.2 month.

In the past 10+ years, even when the economy was doing well, total annual bonus minus 13th month has yet to exceed 1.5 months. Given that it had paid out 0.45 mth in mid year, it is hard to go above 1.05 for year end.

Makes sense! PSD/Govt needs to think of the optics as well this year. Seeing how the market is not say doing super well. GDP may be growing but the market sentiment is not good.
Couple with the stupid layoff news among the tech industry.
I also think it would be in the range of 0.6-1.0
0.6 > so that it will + the MYE of 0.45 to make about 1.05 month
1.0 > because of the test balloon that strait times recently release about how public sector has ticked off some check list.
