To manager around 8-10 years depending on who likes you.
The rest up to you liao.
Typical profit sharing bonus is 3 months, so annual is 16 months.
Free ticket only once a year for your spouse and kids.

Wow, thanks for the info! You have any idea what the progression for scholar looks like? And is it fair to assume a 15-16mth annual package (include AWS, perf bonus, but exclude cpf) with 4 free flight tix (worth ~10k)?

VP with only 12 YOE has very low salary. Prob only 10k max.

Based on linkedin and their snr mgmt site, I'm guessing that most scholars hit VP with 12-15 YOE. Any idea what VP salary is?
