In SIA your performance got no difference to your bonus. Everyone get the same thing.

To manager around 8-10 years depending on who likes you.

The rest up to you liao.

Typical profit sharing bonus is 3 months, so annual is 16 months.

VP with only 12 YOE has very low salary. Prob only 10k max.

Based on linkedin and their snr mgmt site, I'm guessing that most scholars hit VP with 12-15 YOE. Any idea what VP salary is?
