Unregistered People that complain they had a low performance rating and bonus, know in their heart they enjoyed the work life balance, the relative low career risk to reward climate, paid training, these kind of things.

There is a price to pay to be a high performer and most people I have seen just like to compare and do minimum work for maximum bonus.
