To add on, its at a MNC. the good thing about it is that its near to my house. If kena OT also ,less travelling time to go home. I guess with a month bonus included, that is 3.6k+ per month. I got another job interview. The pay is 3.3k, with 1k transport allowance. However, i do not have transport license. So travelling via public transport gonna be a hassle. Its a field engineer. If anyone with experience in field engineer, can share about your experiences? thanks! |

Wrong that he has nothing to lose - he likely won't have the capacity to look for a full-time position while working this job. |

Bro, if you fresh grad and get this offer, I say take it. Nothing to lose as its pretty good in my opinion. If you wait longer, might take even longer for next offer unless you damn lucky during this tough period. |

Unregistered | Varies by industry but I would think it should be 10-20% higher than what you would get for a full time role at another company of similar size. You need to account for the lack of benefits including medical etc, not to mention a guaranteed full time job after a year.

Unregistered | I think it should be higher for a contract role, especially for a hot field like semiconductors. Perhaps keep looking for now.
