Why are u even speculating here. Just go apply for the job and try to get an offer. Govt agency pay structures are based on formula with not much chance to negotiate unless you are specifically head hunted by senior management of the agency.
Don't bother going around thinking / speculating, other people can get this rate, I should be able to get this as well. Just go and apply and interview and get an offer. U will have your answer then and there.

What do you think the norm for fresh grads in both non-specialised and specialised schemes will be respectively?
If a fresh grad in a non-specialised role can potentially draw 5k+, will fresh grads in law / MFA / intel / MTI be drawing upwards of 6k (assuming a 20% premium)?

Anyone able to share more about the intelligence scheme? Does it include MSD, ISD, SID? How is the starting pay, overall package and progression or promotion structure? Do people usually stay for their life after joining since the skills may not be so transferable over to private sector?
