Msian associates are indeed harder working than locals. maybe it's the power of 3.5. They are willing to put in the hours. |

Unregistered | To those locals thinking of joining this industry. Your ability to negotiate salary in Singapore audit job market will become weaker over time. This audit industry will reach a point where government has no choice but to open the floodgates to even more Malaysian Chinese auditors. This is because of aging population plus lack of local interest / talents in this space. These Malaysian Chinese will gladly take your jobs for a lower pay, work twice as harder and at least last long enough for their PR application to be approved before jumping to another sg company. Oh and just wait till KL-SG high speed rail is built. Associates could easily travel to SG daily for audit. Even your partners or SMs could be based in Malaysia. | |
