she pretty & you are not.
she has no army + reservists to disrupt work
she has no army and 2 years more experience than you

females start early at workforce and career ahead of male even when their salaries are few hundred lesser in the beginning.

They only lose out in the race when they settle down for child.

Thanks for the insight! Could you please elaborate on how much higher & wider this range for STB is for Senior Manager? Does STB also enjoy 13th month, corporate bonus & individual performance bonuses? I quoted a range that is only slightly higher than what I'm currently drawing, because I took into account the bonuses that public servants generally receive.

Now I am wondering now if it is too low. For reference I quoted $7.5k to $8k; would this range be more for Manager or Senior Manager?

Unregistered During my interview at a ministry, I was asked if I was more of a leader or follower. I responded by saying that I tend to be a follower, although I would like to have the opportunity to learn to lead a team as well. I am about to sign the contract for this job and I was wondering if what I mentioned in the interview will affect my CEP negatively?

Thanks in advance!

Unregistered Offered a job that I like but due to no headcount they are giving a grade lower, Mx14, I am in MX13 now, is this normal in ministry and SB?

Unregistered I am offered a contract of 3 years for a job in civil service, I thought typically should be only 2 years? Shorter or longer contract is better before emplacement?
