Hi everyone, I have 3 years work exp and got offered a position at HTX for $5k + XT6. Would like to check if it is a good offer. thanks in advance

About 12% increment.
Just started at an IT MNC which pays $100 more
but if comparing annual package, HTX probably is higher as it is a SB

should be 5-10% with some adjustment towards the ceilings
