I know I'm underpaid but never expect it to be this much

It's not age, but level of responsibility that determines how high you get paid. I am accountable for managing multimillion dollar project budgets, and if the system fails the company will be in trouble, hence my pay is above 15K per month excluding bonus. I'm 35.

Thanks. figures seem on the low side. but appreciate the info.

How about a normal year bonus? Also, can elaborate on your source of info? (e.g. are you in the industry or have close friends?) Thanks

What do you expect? Just be glad that you can get yourself a job, especially in this industry.

for you to be able to differentiate writing vs non-writing, you probably know what you are talking about.

Im not expecting, just gathering info to contemplate whether to move or not. It is tricky because the offered base package is lower than my current, so just wanted to get a better view from a total comp perspective.

Hi, would like some opinions from u ppl. =)
I am graduating from local uni soon and have a job offered to me.

Basic pay abt ~$3k, avg 2-4 mths bonus
14d leave, no AWS
Job scope is system (business) analyst

Wondering if it is reasonable and have I left out something?

it's reasonable. can't expect too much these days. other countries have half their young people employed.
