Base 66k, bonus 25% subject to company performance, 10k stocks.

That's for perm roles.

VISA's grad program has never paid over 5.5k a month, it's been like this since they first started the program in 2021 under a different name, ( back then they called it VISA Technical Future )

I was offered 6k base under the tech grad programme though. Received the offer in December.
