Non medical degree getting mph usually is a waste of money
Medical grad with mph also useless. U need to complete entire public health residency
Then moh will pay u ac pay.
It is the ac pay that is gd

Write papers, do policy work, but baseline most impt is the ac pay.

as someone who has completed residency, i wished i have done a specialty where there is no patient contact and then enjoy life outside medicine.
each to their own, but that is my personal thought. i dont like stresses and much rather build up a hustle or hobby outside work.

Just wondering why the forums are mostly filled with posts from Gp/ family medicine practitioners. Where are all the specialists? Or are only GPs so free to post on forums like these.

Usually gp fam med needs more validation.
The specialists either too busy as trainees or enjoying life post exit

Specialists all make at least $1m a year and more.
They dont bother with the small stuff.
GP and Mmed give them 300k they happy like bird.
