No biggie, am currently on autopilot man-mode everyday waiting for a lucky break to in-house counsel.

Would you guys take a paycut to go in-house? What’s a good salary range for someone with 3-5PQE, big4 experience?

I feel depressed.

Try being a family law practitioner.

You earn significantly less and you overtime equally. Worse, clients are even more demanding because personal assets/issues are at stake
