I mean it makes sense right, you guys haven't even done anything yet and you expect 10k? Wtf...

It does make sense. Because of their 9 mth probation we miss
One cycle of increment and bonus. So the 10k accounts for that

The 10k is because too little people applied back then, now too many people apply because it's too easy so they had to cut cost.

aint no way you guys are actually upset over not getting this role lol u are capable of better roles, go out there, interview and try harder. no idea why do u wanna join this, its incredibly boring, 4.5k, learn java bla bla first 3 months

no promo, no bonus, 9 months probation, 16 months later then u get converted even tho program ends in 12 months, like it makes no sense.

dbs seed is a way better program, at least they give u 15-20k+ bonus, guarantee conversion after ur program ends, not when the review is lol and over 6k+ pay

I wrote in on Tuesday to ask about the offer letter and they replied saying that they still ironing out some final details. Probably can expect it next week

but idk why sudd I have email saying that I have applied for a senior officer?

Yup! Same situation as you. Got in Infra track and "Senior Officer" popped up.

"Senior Officer" is the most junior role within UOB so my guess is that it's just for HR side to assign us a job title during the Program
