The salary they got from 3.8k to 4.5k, how come their salary offer not the same? How DBS decide? Cannot be paying them such a huge gap.

Anyway, I have checked whether the SME offer result already out or not. Still not yet. I did not clarify with them about the salary, not sure they will disclose or not.

Hope they will call soon.

DBS is pretty good, I have seen top performer getting promoted to VP in 8 years. Base might be around 9k to 10k with 3 months bonus.

Yeah that can only happen in a local bank since the scale of their headcount in Singapore is so huge.

Headcount wise OCBC > DBS > UOB.

OCBC and DBS cause their scale of consumer banking here quite large vs UOB

Yes, but you need to be top performer. Most people stuck at AVP and need to wait for another 5 to 10 years to get promoted to Vp.
