That's just a political answer. Usually the panel themselves also dunno cause its HR etc.
I'd they say "I dunno, I'm just interview to see personality and the candidate"

But after the interview, they will grade and rank each candidate based on certain category.
Those who performed better...

Get offered better salary.
Its like an exam la. The better your interview, the better.

Ofc they can also see someone fake or too ambitious, then grade low.. "too ambitious for operations.. More suitable for xxx"

Sigh. It's okay. I accept 3.8k.
I'm excited to start working in a bank and work my way up.

What they offer you is the actual salary lo.
Simple. Don't compare compare la.

Some people their dick size is bigger. Some smaller.
Can't everybody be exactly 6 inch.
