Wtf not sure if you dumb or what. do you really think everyone's going to be C-suite? It all boils down to performance. If you have shitty performance you won't go anywhere near, regardless of firm. On the other hand, if you're a solid performer, regardless of whether you're MA you'll climb your way up.

Wake up and stop thinking that getting into a programme lays the path nicely for you to take on a C-suite role.

u get the idea... there are only that many executive positions available for the hundreds of MAs.

don't fool yourself, they entice you with good starting pay and you end up stuck with the telco for life, because you have little exit opportunities.. Good luck!
