Promotion: 10-15%

Is this supposed to be decent?

After 30 years, no promotion, avg performer earns 16k. Is it decent?

Very difficult to answer this. It's a very big company with many divisions. Each team has their own culture.

Hope the singtel lifers in their 60s retire soon. Culture should improve over time. The incapable female CEO is gone.

Technically, Micron pays more than Singtel as Micron pays OT up till 6.2k iirc.

Hi I noticed that many past MAs actually switched to other companies after two years (or jump to Singtel subsidiaries after 1 year). Anyone can shed some light on this? Like possible reasons for leaving the company after the 2-year MAP?

Perhaps you could share how you noticed 'many' past MAs switched to other companies (Externally, not within Singtel Group. Search on Linkedin yield very little fruition)?

Also, once you are in Singtel Group, you definitely can manoeuvre within the huge group depending on role availability and personal capabilities. So, it's not uncommon to see MAs heading to Singtel subsidiaries such as Amobee.
