Had panel interview today. 1 hr, 6 candidates, 2 HR personnel, Country CEO. The sequence was as following:

1. Casual Introduction by candidates
2. Introduction by CEO and HR personnels
3. How do you interpret singtel’s moto “empowering generations” and what value is most dear to you? *Along these lines
4. Short Q/A
5. closing words

there is no such thing as fixed working hours nowadays. Use your own judgement. If you think you're done for the day and boss is pleased, its ok to leave.

Of course at Singtel, I would expect quite a number of old fashioned bosses who have been around for decades, so good luck... pray they retire soon... just like the lady CEO...

Official working hours is 8.30 to 6. And people are extremely punctual and report at 8.30am sharp. At least that’s the case for my department with mostly old people (late forties to fifties who have worked in the co for >10y)
