Does anyone know what happened to the candidates who finished the MA program this year? Was the title Senior Associate? How was the increment like?

MA is analyst level. After 2 year programme promote to associate level. Take a look at linkedin.

MA role still has to work your way up after 2 Years. So your pay increase will be slow for a few Years so many left after 2 years. After 2 tests you will be like the normal associate. Just that you have greater exposure and engagement with senior management. So you may promote faster. But still you will have to prove your worth and abilities to promote.
