Most of their VP in CAG is >30k. VP there can head a very large operations department (>100) or a medium team of (10-15) technical/engineering specialist.

VP in FI/banks are mostly experienced analyst or small team supervisor roles only.

If you are not the elite. Dun bother trying CAG. Its very difficult to get even an interview. haha

Got offered from CAG for diploma holder associate at 2.2k. exclude 13th month bonus and additional bonus, but the incentives and benefits are really good.

if your experience is directly relevant should be senior manager level. somewhere 12k & above

I sent an email to HR on this and CAG HR said that it would not be possible to inform all the rejected ones.so not sure if yr version is still valid.

CAG is 1 of the top tier prestigious place to work in sg, most of the time they have <100 applicants for each job. They wont bother to inform rejects (ie the 99%)
