anyone can shed some light on the pay of assistant manager and manager for CAG?

I was offered 6k for Finance AM..

6k on the low side, am range should be 6-9k, for mgr is 10-15k.

if its technical skillset then 2.8-3k, for non technical back office 2.6-2.8k. both assume u got ns.

Cag is the hardest glc to join besides the swf like temasek & gic.

Diploma fresh grad enters at Grade 1. Fresh degree grad at Grade 3. 3-5 years to jump a grade. Because it used to be a stat board, the salaries and hierarchy was mapped over. Director -> SVP, DD -> VP, AD -> AVP, SM -> SM. you can figure out the salary ranges based on what i said. got 13th month, and annual bonus is a combination of profit sharing + PB. there is a basic profit sharing bonus. the performance grade with be factor that is multiplied with the base bonus to give total bonus.

Their AVP & VP is not the same as banking as it is actually very senior rank similar to banking SVP and MD.
