100% hands down the worst company in the GLC and stat board space. Hated by all the clusters and even by their own people. Backstabbing and "not my problem" is par for course here.

Hi,

What is the average hike one can expect with a base of $6800 in JG4 (Senior Executive) for the next 2 years, considering a new joiner who is about to join in the next 2 months?

Please share details on prorated bonus as well for first year.

What is the pay range for AD and DD in synapxe? How many months of bonus or AWS (if applicable)?

What is the seniority of AD and DD? Manager with reporting or IC ?

Wow. 6.8k for JG4?? Its even higher than some of the jg5 already.
Annual increment is 3-5% for average.

my JG5 pay lower than ur JG4 pay

i can say u join already ur increment will jam unless u promote

many useless ADs around.... no quality ones. DD oso d same 1. Approve leave and expenses only.

Beyond 5 ur kpis will be different.. and u need to show jg6 kpis before they promote u
