dont complain too much work. just work. work never finish. it is all about how you manage the work. if those works are having unrealistic deadline to achieve. so be it.

easily get stressed? we are paid to do our job.

Anyone knows when do normally SEAB pay teachers for work done during exam invigilation. I did mine during week 1 of term 3, but have yet to receive the amount from it.

Nomination for PAT or OYEA is not in itself something that 'helps with ranking'. It's not the nomination itself that counts. It is the work leading to the nomination that counts.

Is the work highly impactful with reference to your KRAs? If yes, then .. of course it helps during ranking.
