Means you graduated from uni in 2013?

Progression is considered fast. Scholar?

Can to share what your salary now?

Me graduated at 2014. Non-scholar male FCH. Civil Servant at a Stat board
I got 1 A and rest Bs all the way.
MX10 (Deputy Director). 9k base salary

This is even faster. Is it a "premium" stat board?

Thanks to all who replied on taking short 1 week NPL for vacation during term time... looks like someone who's in the teaching service will almost never be able to travel out of the country to see "seasonal" stuff until they leave the service.. that's pretty sad.

Maybe can take one term NPL but couch it as needing a mental break / take care of family etc? No need to notify SLs that want to go overseas if you’re on npl right lol

Best answer alr.

Just curious, how fast do you think you should be promoted and why do you think that this should be so?
