Hi, can I check if there will be merit increment while in NPL starting only early this year?

Just wondering, has there ever been a difference in MI for C+ vs. C? I seem to remember that C+ got a little bit more in the past, but maybe I'm hallucinating. These days, the Mi seems to be the same.
