normally if you apply after 1 week and they nv get back to you or tell u submit documents means u are not being shortlisted. normally if shortlisted, they will contact u in 2-3 days time. correct me if i am wrong.

I went for psychometric test 4 weeks ago. Still no news. If you're asking about initial application, it took them 2 weeks to schedule test for me.
