Not sure if things changed, during my time I heard it’s not until you approach Senior Manager before people are even assessed for Partnership. All the talk about partners route for staff level is just rumours / wishful thinking by the kids.

Good to dream big, but SA2 thinking about partnership is really too premature lah.

Yeah lor before reaching SM you are just a small fry doing menial work and is replaceable by your colleagues anytime

I’ll give you some credit for the FCH and bring a CA(SG) holder. But I’m afraid if your list is meant to impress people, it’s not doing too good a job.

Try checking out the CV of your Ms and SMs to a get sensing of what you need.
