How many years to get sm 8

max is only sm3. Since when we have 8 lol

For my firm, SM3 is the last “official” grade unless you can make Director.

But we informally refer to those stuck at SM3 as SM4/5/6/7/8

So SM8 is just a SM3 who has been there for 6 years.

Just curious, if you are happy earning 8k and not gunning for promotion, is it possible to work better hours?

Ofc. Lots of my firm quit after a few year as manager and went commercial

So far they only need to work longer hours during quarter/year end or when there’s ad hoc projects. The rest of the time just 6pm sharp leave office

Go outside or another department besides assurance is the best.

An sm3 who stays for 6 years is still sm3. Just like if a person stays as s2 for 3 years is still s2 and not s5 lmao
