No need partner level, once you reach SM(abt avg 8 Years), your WLB improves tremendously as you just delegate your work liao. A SM command min basic 10k/mth salary+.
Personally, i left Big 4 after making Mgr (5 yrs+). I know a lot of my SMs are really medicore but they just managed to rise to that rank by merely staying on where most leaves.
