No it doesn’t seem like any Senior Associate has raised their hand asking for a demotion for less pay and less stress. People still want to grow and progress la. But you are correct there is some feedback that the pay differential between A2 and S1 does not justify the workload differential. Maybe come back next year and see if the firms are doing anything about it. |
