Unless they are solely book smart or unable to find better jobs, it is really a waste of the entry ticket to better companies. After a few years, the focus is more on work experience, which most auditors probably have in common.

LOL the recent 'salary adjustment' is literally just removing bonus component and spread over 12 months. The only benefit of this is now the associates no need to think about "collecting bonus" first before leaving.

I know one audit associate cried because didn't able to meet deadline and end up client have to pay extension fee of $400. Client also not willing to pay extension fee of $400.

Networking > Grades, experience and certificate

The reason is because thinking is too linear

Salary should never be the decision basis

Career advancement should be based on networking opportunities instead of salary consideration only

In audit industry, is all about SPEED !

I know one audit associate who is a online gamer graduated from ACCA.

He can type fast. He can copy and paste fast. He can extract samples fast. He can move his mouse fast. Because he play alot of online game. So his fingers really work very fast. 10 minutes can settle everything.

As compare to FCH graduate who like to slowly do and deliver quality work...
