How much bonus do you get if you receive poor performance or even a PIP? 0.5 months?

There's always someone or you can pass it to managers in other depts. How small do you guys think the audit arm is?

I have an inkling which dept OP is from because the mass resignation caused the average portfolio at one time for each manager to double. The biggest issue right now is actually the lack of staff to even complete the work. Interns are slow, do not OT and need to go back to classes on some days. A1s are no better despite being full time. Their motivation also completely nosedived because every senior and manager were resigning in Dec and Jan in front of their eyes, compared to last time when they left during their training/chill season.

That's why the managers in their 30s or 40s (born in 1980s and 1970s) are relying on the young blood new staff to complete the job.

All the 30s managers are really hoping the fresh perspectives and tech-savvy skills of the younger team members can inject some new life into the audit arm and help navigate through these challenging times.

Why didn't the managers sound off to the partners and recruitment team for the lack of audit staff?

TLDR : audit as low attrition rates. aka sufficient staffing + reduced workload due to lost clients

What is OT? everyone goes home on time
