Insurance industry, middle office role, straight out of university

Y1: USD $5,000 (normal entry level salary for country I was in)
Y2: USD $5,300
Y2.5: GBP £4,200 (moved with company)
Y3: GBP £4,650
Y4: GBP £5,100
Y5: SGD $9,833 (move and promotion)
Y5.5: SGD $11,000 (special adjustment)

I started as a teacher with MOE drawing 3.8k. Five years on, drawing 5.3k. I think it's pretty pathetic.

Currently 2 years in middle office as risk analyst, got offer to move to front office risk analyst for 7k/m, have to forgo promotion and still stuck at analyst role. Worth?

Impt questions are:
what is ur current salary?
what would be ur new salary if u got promoted in ur current role?

That being said, 7k p.m. for just 2 years of exp is very exceptional.
