Hmm, my poly only got A, B, C+/C/C- and D. But for a Pax 3 to get B+, you are a DD or Dir? :)

What grades do i need to get to get promoted? For how many years ?

Are these the bouses for admin positions? Polys pay very well. I'm in admin in one of the main local universities and the bonuses are nowhere near.
