Worst of all even after their high profit quarter reports, they are not gonna raise salaries... 2-3% per year for even seeders is a fking joke lol

Increment so little? Last I heard the recent graduates of seed 2020 batch salary is 6.6k. Definitely lower than the other non local banks but still not that bad.

Ya thats because back then i think some govt agency was paying the seeders salary, now its someone else. we got this addendum ( 5k starting to 5.5k ) change and a new sponsor which affects our pay increment.

i know the batches before 2022 can hit 6.5k after 2 years. our new batch and the next few batches cannot hit 6.5k anymore... unless you get into the HIPO program at DBS and climb damn fast.

thats why most seeders always quit after 2 years. no point staying to convert to associate when its only 6k ( current batch ) or 6.5k ( older batches ) when u can just hop to SC, Citi, JP and get >7k as mid-level.

the seeders who stay are one of the followings:

1. suck at leetcode / interviewing so no choice, a job is better than jobless
2. part of HIPO program, can climb damn fast and get double pay increment
3. slack WLB ( got some seeders in IBGT who legit do nothing for 1-2 years in SEED )

To those who have taken the hackerearth test, how many coding questions were you guys able to answer?
